Since his first job straight out of high school, Craig Smith has done just that – and his customers have loved him for it.

With almost three decades of experience, Craig has a record of sales and relationship building success that spans a diverse array of products and services. Backed up by continued education in Business Management, it was his obsession with analysing the weekend Real Estate pages and investing in his own property portfolio that drove his decision to apply his sales knowledge to the real estate industry.

Working within established agencies, Craig realised that there was a need in the market for a service that focused more on how to get an ideal return on your home instead of dreaming about how big that return might be. He has seen how the cookie-cutter approach to real estate fails to support clients in one of the biggest transitions of their life. And he decided it was time to create a business that truly does.

The best salespeople are the ones who care more about people than the money. Years of heavy involvement in local community sporting teams and volunteering on the Advisory Council for Rostrevor College has taught Craig how essential this value is to go the extra mile for clients. He believes in a no-nonsense, honest approach to real estate, which allows his clients to relax with the understanding that they aren’t being sold to (unless they’re buying the house).
